Structure - Strong, Durable, Reliable:

Aycage cage system designed with the best quality materials for durability, resistence ,easy functioning and management of the system. Metals and wire nets are made of high quality galvanization. The system stands strong with the help of legs at every 60 cm and thanks to this, 8 tiers without platform and 15 tiers with platform can be built.

Cells:

Cells are produced by woven wire fabric to provide maximum air circulation. Eggs slides safely and easily to egg belt line with 7° bend. Cell doors open horizontally. Different sizes of cells can be produced according to customer needs.

Feeding System- Economic, Equal Feeding:

Feed is distributed with feed trolleys. The trolleys move with reducer motor and wire with minimum noise. Feed is transported from silo to feed trolleys automaticly. The system functions automaticly with feed timer and manuelly. The feed level adjuster helps the chickens to reach to feed easily and provides equal feeding. Therefore maximum production could be reached sooner. The system has sensors for security and managing the whole system is very easy.

Drinking System:

Water is distributed with pvc square pipe(22x22mm) that is passing from the middle of cells through the system. There are 2 pieces of stainless layer nipple (180°) every 60 cm that right cell and left cell can reach to. V shaped drip gutter is placed under the water line. Easy reach to water and dry manure is aimed. Water pressure is done with water tanks.

Manure Removal System:

There is manure belt under every tier. 1mm polypropylene manure belts with its strong support system transports the manure to out of the system. Scrapers are placed at end of every manure belt. Manure is easily transported to manure truck with the horizontal manure conveyor (at end of the cage system) and vertical conveyor out of the house. Both conveyors are rubber. Best quality materials and motors are used for easy and smooth management.

Egg Collection:

Eggs are collected by an elevator that goes up and down the tiers. There are egg belts at right and left of the system and at every tier with strong supports that moves the eggs smoothly from the cage system to elevator and from elevator to egg room through the egg conveyor. Egg belts, elevator and egg conveyor are produced with appropriate materials for less breakage and cracks. The belts are cleaned with brushes at every egg line.

Electric And Control Sytem:

First quality materials are used in our control system. The control is done with 3 groups which are manure, feeding and egg collection. Manure system controller is placed at end of the shed and works manually. Feeding controller is placed in front of the shed and feed trolleys work automaticly with switches and also work manually. There is egg sensor at the end of the egg conveyor. Thanks to this system, all egg systems stop when many eggs come to the end of the conveyor.
